This project involved the remodelling of a small, cellular 2 bedroom end of terrace property to a 4 bedroom dwelling, modernised throughout, including large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area to the rear, overlooking a generous patio and garden space. A combination of planning strategies was used to increase the accommodation from around 60m2 to more than 140m2.
