This project involved a two storey side bedroom extension and single storey rear extension to a detached formerly 3-bedroom dwelling in the leafy Bromley suburb outside London. The kitchen, dining and rear lounge areas have been modernised and opened up to one large open plan space, with full width views over patio and garden. The client chose a museum-like aesthetic internally, with bright white surfaces and glazing carefully selected to maximise daylighting, and combined with the craftsmanship of the builder and attention to detail, the project has yielded stunning results.
